The essence of Contact Improv isn’t in the tricky moves or lifts, rather it’s the subtle act of listening that makes this form forever compelling. Our body is a temple and every moment a prayer to be spoken and heard. Even the clumsy moments are sacred, the silences… alive with potential, touch… a vehicle to mirror the universe within ourselves and our partners.
“When the ear receives subtly; it turns into an eye.
But if words do not reach the ear in the heart, nothing happens.”
WHEN: Saturday & Sunday Nov 22-23, 1 – 5pm
WHERE: CORE Studios, 139 Sycamore St. Decatur, GA
