All level class using imagery and Feldenkrais. We are very friendly and happy to have beginners join. I emphasize safety, both physical and emotional, as a way to get to deeply rewarding dancing. The space is excellent, nice lighting, good floor, and even off street parking.

The last Wednesday of every month. Newbies and experienced Contacters are welcome. There is a short, casual class to start, and then lots of time for jamming!
