Every Thursday we have a beautiful studio open from 8:30-11pm at 7th Heaven Yoga in Berkeley. This is a big space, so we’re excited for this contact improv jam to welcome other somatic arts (like acro-yoga, capoeira, tai chi) into the creative soup. The soundscape is varied, with a mix of silence, downtempo/ambient recorded tracks, and tasteful live music.

Also, please to be in touch if you’re interested in leading a pre-jam class/lab, would like to offer some live music, or have any other ideas or suggestions for the time/space.
